I stayed for a honeymoon and the hotel was fairly clean and the staff was funny and beautiful. Booked a twin/double room with a safe box and a little table.

The hotel is located in Legian area, and is a bit distant from the main shopping streets, bars and night life which is good if you want to spend a calm evening. The personal of the hotel is very friendly and nice.
The room service is rather pro-active. Some times the hotel staff would wake you up at 10 am in order to clean the room. Breakfast are quiet poor.

The location was great, with bamboo restaurant palace nearby, where we could eat. A nice comfy base for exploring Legian: )

Good location. Friendly staff, value for money, nice pool area
Room 116 needs to be closed down!!! We were put in this horrendous room at 12 midnight. It was filthy, full of mosquitoes. We ended up the four of us in one bed in another room.

Friendly staff. Good rates on basic rooms. Wide range of room choices.
Breakfast not too interesting - but good that it was included in the room rates anyway. Older rooms need better lighting.

The rooms were nice enough but you can get much better value for your money in Legian. The room did not justify the price. The pool was nice.
They charged more than any other hotel I've stayed at in Bali for a room that was not worth it and then wanted to charge us for wifi. I found this to be not only ridiculous att almost US$100 a night but also insulting. The restaurant is supposed to have free wifi but it's so slow that it's unusable. I found the staff to be unhelpful when I neede help with this and I was very much disappointed. It really is a cash grab for the additional services apart from the room.
